The average price of second-hand housing in Spain has closed 2017 with an increase of 5.1% over the previous year. This is the largest annual increase since 2006, when, as we indicated, it closed with an increase of 7.7%. These are the data from the year-end analysis prepared by fotocasa in the report “Second-hand housing in 2017”.
The report shows that the reactivation of the real estate market is consolidating. From 2016 until now, the panorama is undoubtedly much more encouraging.
