Living-dining room: Terrace with furniture facing west with awning. Hot/cold air conditioning, and ceiling fan. 32” TV, table linen, paper napkins. Network extenders for charging mobile phones, computers, tablets, etc. Universal plug adapter.
Fully equipped kitchen with Combi fridge, 3-burner ceramic hob, smoke extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave, and Italian coffee pot. Also, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, dishes, salad bowls, oven trays, tables cutter, kitchen knives, all the necessary utensils. A 120-liter electric water heater provides hot water for all needs.
Included in the price: Garbage bag, kitchen paper, toilet paper, kitchen towels, and portable clothes drying rack.
Community garden with swimming pool, hammocks, and umbrellas, with direct access to the promenade and beach.
